Most compact charcoal chimneys are built with thin steel and riveted construction that can loosen after repeated heating and cooling.

The CLD Fabrication Mini Charcoal Chimney is different.

Whether you're cooking at home, heading away camping or firing up a portable BBQ, the Mini delivers the same premium quality as our larger chimneys in a compact, easy-to-handle size.

Fully TIG welded: No rivets to loosen or fail. Every joint is professionally TIG welded for exceptional strength and long-term durability.

Heavy-duty construction: Manufactured from 1.6mm and 2mm 304 stainless steel for outstanding strength, heat resistance and years of reliable performance.

Perfect for smaller BBQs: Holds approximately 1kg of charcoal briquettes (around 20–22 Heat Beads®), making it ideal for Weber Go-Anywhere®, Smokey Joe® and compact charcoal BBQs.

LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

We're proud of how we build our charcoal chimneys. If your chimney experiences a structural failure caused by defects in materials or workmanship during normal domestic BBQ use, we'll repair or replace it at our discretion.

Our warranty covers

• Manufacturing defects
• Material defects
• Weld failures
• Structural failures during normal domestic use

It does not cover

• Heat staining or natural colour changes
• Cosmetic scratches or scuff marks
• Surface rust caused by contamination or improper storage
• Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents or modifications
• Natural movement, cracking, warping, weathering or discolouration of the Tasmanian Oak handle, or damage caused by failure to periodically re-oil the timber
• Normal wear and tear

This warranty applies to the original purchaser and is provided in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Please Note

Like all stainless steel products exposed to high temperatures, your chimney will naturally develop a heat-tinted patina over time. This is a normal characteristic of stainless steel and has no effect on the strength, durability or performance of the product.
