      Better than any pizza stone

      I have two other thick steels made by ROC baking steel. But they're out of business and were double the price. This one works just as well for your pizza and breads.


      I hate stones as they absorb grease and fat and begin to stink. Metal never cracks and can be easily cleaned as it doesn't absorb grease like a porous stone.


      This one is pretty big and just fits in the oven (depth wise).
