Shipping & Returns Policy

 

Shipping Options

We offer Standard and Express Shipping for urgent orders.

If you reside outside a metropolitan area, allow an additional 2–3 business days from your nearest capital city.

While we aim for timely delivery, shipping timeframes are subject to carrier performance and may vary. We cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date and are not liable for delays or any resulting inconvenience.

 

Shipping Rates

Each product page features a real-time shipping calculator for accurate charges and express options where available. If the rate seems incorrect or if you have any questions, please contact us. Alternate carriers and quotes can be arranged.

 

Packaging

All orders are securely packed in appropriate materials to protect your items in transit. We work with a range of freight carriers including Australia Post, Couriers Please, TNT, Aramax and others to ensure secure and economical delivery.

 

International Shipping

Shipping charges do not include customs duties or import taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer and vary by country. Please check your local import regulations before ordering.
 

Pre-Ordered Items

All pre-ordered items are made to order and as such are non-returnable. You are welcome to contact us in regards to your issue and we will do our best to look after you but in almost all circumstances the pre-ordered item will not be accepted back.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

 

1. Damaged or Faulty Items

Inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged or faulty, notify us within 14 days by emailing sales@cldfab.com.au with:

  • Photos of the issue

  • Your order number

We will:

  • Arrange an exchange at our expense, or

  • Offer a full refund upon return

Important: Do not use the product before reporting the issue, as this may affect eligibility for replacement.

 

2. Incorrect Items

If you received the wrong item, contact us within 14 days. We will provide a return label and ship the correct item or issue a refund once the incorrect item is returned.

 

3. Lost or Stolen Items

Our responsibility ends once the courier confirms delivery to your nominated address or depot. We are not liable for lost or stolen items post-delivery.
